They forecast increased business for their clients like IBM in the African continent and were keen to assess the market for 3PL and also work out a viable entry plan into the African market.     Geodis is one of the biggest global players in logistics and a market leader in 3PL. They forecast increased business for their clients like IBM in the African continent and were keen to assess the market for 3PL and also work out a viable entry plan into the African market. Together with my team we produced a detailed presentation as well as a report analyzing the complete African Logistics market. The 3PL market in Africa is in it nascent stage right now so we worked on its viability. We worked out a detailed market entry plan for Geodis which included the viable locations and future expansion plans. The report and the presentation was well appreciated by the Geodis Hungary team and they even apprised us that they would be putting our report to action by using it in their future plans.

After a year of working closely with Designers, Expert Riders from the US & factories in India, we were able to manufacture saddles with quality comparable to US saddles at less than 25% of the cost.
